The Spanish omelet is very popular in Spain. Spanish omelet is simply a potato omelet.

Omelet Ingredients
▪ Olive oil
▪ 1 Potato
▪ 3 Eggs
▪ Slat & Black Pepper

Omelet Maker Cooking Method
▪ Preheat omelet maker until light turns off.
▪ Cut potato into thin slices.
▪ Beat eggs into a bowl.
▪ Mix potato slices in the egg mixture.
▪ Season the mixture with salt and black pepper.
▪ Open omelet maker lid and brush the plates with olive oil.
▪ Pour in the mixture to the line marked below the top rim of each plates.
▪ Close omelet maker lid and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
▪ Open omelet maker lid and life out with spatula.
